“An ok hotel. The bathroom smelled like stale pee, and the staff's answer to requesting a late checkout was to call the morning of. Not terrible, though. Would stay here again. Just carefully.”

“Rooms are very clean. Staff was amazing. Took us to a room showed us how everything worked. Would highly recommend.”

“Last time i stayed there the toilet backed up. That was a problem and it took way to long to solve. This time i was assured if anything happened it would be dealt with immediately. No happened. But I felt this was an improvement.”

“Cons: Walls were very thin and could here people talking at normal volume thru the walls. Heater was broken and no one cleaned our room whole we were there. Had to ask the front desk for towels several times. Pros: Price, proximity to beach. ”

“It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. ”
