Blue house was originally build up in 1941 & upgraded as a real uniquely jewel in front of the Taccoa River, you can enjoy and view from the florida room. Feel the peace and the beauty of the beautiful mountain view plus river access , all in one. Located in 20 River Bend Lane with 3.5 acres of private and SECLUDED land, and just half mile away of ASKA HIKING TRAILS along the Taccoa River.

This River Cabin build up on 1941 and totally upgraded, is in front of the beautiful Toccoa River and located in the heart of the Aska adventure area. With a view of the river and direct access to its own beach and the rapids, you can enjoy river activities like fly fishing, floating, fishing from the river in a boat, tube, or any other floating device right from the property. Other activities around include hiking to waterfalls and being in nature. The interior has been updated but still has a vintage and rustic feel. So come enjoy a beautiful view, restful time or have amazing outdoor adventures. Wifi and streaming now available.

The space

Escape to the trees and unwind in this enchanting cabin overlooking the picturesque Toccoa River and Chattahoochee National Forest. The Blue House is located at the top of a little hill. When you are in the main road, you get to take the right side gravel road marked with number 20 to get to the cabin, where you will find spot to park up to 2 cars.

When you want to access the private beach, you got to take the same gravel road all the way down to the river, passing the main road, you will find a wood pole with number 20 in blue, continue down, you will be in front of the beach that belongs to the cabin at your right.

As mentioned before the house is located in a small hill, so you need to walk all way down to the main road (ASKA), and the beach will be at your right close to number 20.

Even though the house is in front of the river , you need to walk down the gravel road, and cross the street to access the river and the beach.
