MAIN FLOOR
• Living room with large Smart TV to stream all your favorite apps!
• Screened in patio with hot tub and propane gas grill
• Bedroom with two twin XL beds, magnetic Tic-Tac-Toe on the wall and a Smart TV (Insect themed room! Perfect for those curious kids, or adults, who love their creepy crawlies and pretty butterflies)
• Bedroom with king bed and Smart TV
• Bathroom with full shower and tub
• Dining Room has large table to seat 8, a Keurig Coffee bar (variety of K-cups, powdered creamer & sugar packets provided) and a bar setup (no alcohol provided) and high chair.
• Fully loaded kitchen:  This is a southern home so y'all know we don't skimp on the kitchen amenities! 2 full sets of pots and pans, large pots, InstaPot pressure cooker, slow cooker, toaster oven with air fry, regular toaster, blender, baking sheets, pizza sheet and cutter, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, wine and bottle opener, ice cream scoop, and all your other kitchen needs.

SECOND FLOOR (BASEMENT)
• Master Bedroom with super comfy king bed and Smart TV (Pack & Play in closet)
• Master Bathroom with slate tiled shower
• Camp Themed Bedroom with twin XL bunkbed (2 beds), grassy walls & bistro lights, kids play tent with role-play firepit camping experience.
• Game Room with living room area & large Smart TV, stocked with a foosball table, retro game console with hundreds of the classics, Mortal Kombat multi-game arcade, giant Connect 4, electronic dart board, cornhole to take outside around the firepit, karaoke machine, and plenty of games for friends and families to play together!
• Private workspace with one monitor and docking station for use (bring your laptop & plug right in).

GUEST ACCESS
Front and side door are equipped with a digital smart lock for easy access.  Unique code provided for a contactless check-in, no keys required.

• To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests—especially those with allergies and sensitivities—our home is smoke-free and pet-free. If you’d like to smoke, please feel free to do so outdoors. We kindly ask that you respect this policy, as additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required due to non-compliance. Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us keep Cozy Cabin fresh and welcoming for everyone!

• Cozy Cabin accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. For everyone’s comfort and to protect the home’s septic system, no additional guests are allowed beyond this limit. Exceeding capacity can cause serious plumbing issues, including septic backup. Please note that any costs incurred from damage or system failure due to non-compliance will be the responsibility of the booking guest.

• Local noise ordinance is in place and enforced by residents. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. (No loud parties are allowed).

All trash must be bagged before placing in bear box. Loose trash incurs a $50 fine. Services do not collect unbagged waste. Pickup day is Monday.

We had an absolute blast at this cabin. Every amenity you could imagine was provided. The house itself was so cute and we loved how every room provided a different atmosphere of comfort and fun. We definitely enjoyed the games, puzzles, hot tub, and fire pit. We didn’t even want to leave the cabin but if we did, it was nice to be just ten minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge, grocery stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was perfect. It truly lived up the name “cozy cabin.” We loved the hot tub. I could really tell that the host put a lot of thought into the things we needed. There was nothing we didn’t have! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying here for a teacher friend’s bachelorette trip. The host was so nice and helpful, and the location was beautiful! The arcade machine in the game room was one of our favorite elements-it was so fun and nostalgic! The house itself was clean and everything was very accessible. We were able to enjoy the firepit and hot tub. This cabin is the perfect mountain getaway! The host is very communicative, and is so sweet and accommodating.

Beautiful cabin! This place was so fun to stay at with the hot tub and game room the kids were happy and we got to enjoy the nature. Super close to the drive in (50s style so fun). We hope to come back again soon!
