MAIN FLOOR
• Living room with large Smart TV to stream all your favorite apps!
• Screened in patio with hot tub and propane grill
• Bedroom with two twin XL beds, Tic-Tac-Toe on the wall and a Smart TV (Bug themed room! Perfect for those curious kids, or adults, who love their creepy crawlies and pretty butterflies)
• Bedroom with king bed and Smart TV
• Bathroom with full shower and tub
• Dining Room with a Keurig Coffee bar (variety of K-cups and powdered creamer provided) and a bar setup and high chair.
• Fully loaded kitchen:  This is a southern home so y'all know we don't skimp on the kitchen amenities! 2 full sets of pots and pans, large pots, Instapot pressure cooker, toaster oven with air fry, baking sheets, pizza sheet and cutter, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, wine and bottle opener, ice cream scoop, and all your other kitchen needs.

SECOND FLOOR
• Master Bedroom with super comfy king bed and Smart TV (Pack & Play in closet)
• Master Bathroom with slate tiled shower
• Bedroom with two twin XL bunkbeds with grassy walls and bistro lights to give that camping feel.
• Game Room with living room area and large Smart TV, stocked with a foosball table, retro game console with hundreds of the classics, giant Connect 4, electronic dart board, cornhole to take outside around the firepit and plenty of games for friends and families to play together!
• Private workspace with one monitor for use.

GUEST ACCESS
Front door is equipped with a digital smart lock for easy access.  Unique code provided for a contactless check-in, no keys required.

NOTE TO GUESTS
Remember that you are in someone's home, please treat it with the same respect as your own.
• There are 3 SECURITY CAMERAS outside of the property. Two Ring cameras at the front door pointed to the doorstep and walkway to the cabin, and the third is outside of the side door entrance, pointing to the entryway.

• STRICTLY ENFORCED: NO PETS ALLOWED. Violation of this house rule will require a $250 penalty for deep cleaning fees and penalty will increase in the event of damages.

• NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS over the maximum 8 person accommodation. This is an important rule since the house is on septic tank and can only handle this volume or the system will back up. Cost of fees incurred by neglect, causing septic backup, will passed on to guest.

• All TRASH placed into the bear box must be placed inside trash bags inside the box or $50 penalty will be enforced. Trash services or cleaning services do not pick up loose trash from the bear box and therefore must be placed properly inside trash bags. (Trash pickup days are on Mondays)
