OUTDOOR AREA
The outdoor area is our favorite part of the home, with three separate areas. The main deck is on the second level and features panoramic views of the mountains, a gas BBQ, a hot tub, and seating for everyone to enjoy together. Dinner with the sunset in the background will not disappoint!
The lower deck is covered and on the first level. The ping pong table is located here, and there are still great views to take in.

Finally, the fire pit was set up on the lower patio. There are six Adirondack chairs to sit around and roast marshmallows while you take in the fresh air.

THE HOME
Inside the home, the interior is set up for a true staycation. There are five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two full kitchens and a full dining table, a game room, a living room, and a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a full private bathroom. The three guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and the kid`s bedroom has two twin-sized beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. Two additional full bathrooms are located near the bedrooms for shared use and a half bathroom upstairs.

The two kitchens are located on the lower and main levels. The lower level kitchen is warm and all-white with classic cabinetry and wooden countertops. There is a table for four next to the lower level kitchen for small meals.

The main level kitchen is an updated space with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The dining area is next to the main level kitchen and is a cherrywood table with seating up to eight. A ton of natural light pours over the table during the day!

The living room is the first room you’ll see when entering the home, next to the dining area. Vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a large TV, a spacious couch, and nearly floor-to-ceiling windows make it the perfect place to sit and relax as a family.

The fantastic game room is located downstairs. Outfitted with another Smart TV, Booming Bluetooth sound bar, foosball, and pool table, it’s the perfect place to have fun.

PARKING: Huge circle driveway
• Trash: Please bag all trash before placing it in the bins. Our cleaning crew must transport all bagged trash to the dumpster.

• Fire Safety: Please help us not burn down the house 🙂 No smoking or candles inside the home.

• Cigarette Disposal: Fun fact—cigarette butts can take up to 10 years to disintegrate. Please do not throw cigarette butts off porches or around the property, as they are difficult to clean up.

• Guest Conduct: While we encourage everyone to have fun and be young at heart, we do expect guests to behave like respectful adults. Please report anything that looks out of place or concerning.

• Plumbing: There are wastebaskets throughout the home—please use them. Toilets are not trash cans, and we’d all like to avoid a plumber visit during your vacation.

• Bedrooms: Rest and recharge in the bedrooms, but wine and spaghetti don’t mix well with the sheets 😉 Please enjoy food and beverages in the kitchen and common areas only.

• Damages: Please report any damages or breakages promptly and include photos when possible.

• Furniture: If furniture is moved during your stay, please return it to its original position prior to checkout.

• Inventory: All items (including kitchenware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, etc.) are inventoried after each reservation. Any items removed from the property must be returned prior to checkout.

• Cleaning Standards: We maintain exceptional cleaning and sanitizing standards. Excessive messes—such as large amounts of trash, spilled food, or party-related cleanup—may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Guests: Only registered guests are permitted. Non-registered guests and local overnight parties are not allowed.
