“The staff behind the desk were friendly and helpful about the area. The room was clean and quiet. Coming into the lobby gave a warm outdoor vibe. Great place.”

“Breakfast was terrible, bed was hard and pillows went flat. Noisy and light came in under the curtain all night.”

“This is a cheap hotel. That's about the only thing positive about this hotel. I know they wash the towels and linens because I saw them doing it, but the towels and bedding dont smell fresh and they do look somewhat dirty. The bed was about the same quality as a bed in a hide-away couch. Thankfully it didn't have the solid metal bar across the middle like most hide-away beds do. The person doing the check-in wasn't even at the desk when I came. There was a sign on the desk to call for assistance...

“The hotel is being remodeled, but it did not interfere with my stay. My room was clean, the staff was helpful, and my nights sleep was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was beter than expected at a hotel. I was unsure when I saw that there was some renovation going on when I stopped, but I am glad I did. I had a very nice stay and would gladly stop in again. Also, very reasonable price!”

“The website says that the breakfast is continental but it was just a coffee and a muffin. Also, I deposited a certain amount and it has been more than a week but the deposit was not returned.”

“Rooms were fairly clean. Property overall is rundown and dirty. For a quick night thr room was ok.”

“We asked for Softer pillows. And was told they didn’t have any only larger ones for the king beds. Breakfast area there wasn’t any half&half for coffee staff we friendly thx”

“The deposit for a room is outrageous definitely wasn't going to pay $150 deposit for a room for one night ”

“Check in started at 4pm which is later than most other hotels and even though a room was ready earlier, the front desk staff wanted to charge an extra $25 for early check in. We waited until 4 because that didn’t seem worth it. On previous stays at this hotel, we have always had a great stay, but the breakfast this time was not well stocked and we ended going out to eat instead. Other than that a good stay.”

“Because of a hotel’s system glitch that apparently happens after check-in, our reservation was not imported promptly, and the Superior King room we reserved was unavailable at arrival. We were downgraded to a standard double but charged for a supe king. My son stayed the first night but we requested it be made right the next day or to refund us for the 2nd day so we could go elsewhere. Manager refused to work with us. She was rude and unprofessional demanding I not speak when she wanted to...

“The staff were courteous . The hotel should let travelers know that the wifi connection is unsecured and a risk for guests. I called down to the front desk before getting the password and the staff did not know if it was a secure WIFI connection. They gave me a the room code, and I used my own new password for the access. I only found out was I logged out. The Hotel ran out of office on Thursday morning for over an hour. Breakfast/ Coffee starts late 7:30am.”

“We were there with a soccer team made up of 10 year olds. The kids loved the amenities that were unique such as a basketball court and indoor pool and hot tub. The adults loved the gas fire pit with dancing flames.”

“Wasn’t too pleased. Was in town for the weekend and requested room to be cleaned 2 days in a row. Room was never cleaned all I got was an apology from front desk and no credit for future book. Asked to speak to manger and was told the manager would follow up.”
