Hotell nära Bluebell Railway - East Grinstead Station

“Well located to shops, restaurants, bus, and walking distance to the train station, but room was pretty basic. Many eateries in the area which serve when the in house catering is closed (open 10:00-3:00). Building is old, so not surprised by some minor plumbing issues. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“The reception staff were very welcoming and dealt quickly with check in. My room was spacious and had a desk as well as a small table and chair and fridge, which was really nice. The whole place is clean and I would definitely stay again.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay.”

“Be prepared to pay 2x40 gbp for taxi from/to Gatwick airport. Only restaurant is at the inn and it is indian and nepalese. Stay pleasant though. Clean. Helpful staff.”

Men sängen hård, opraktiskt badrum med en dusch som inte var separat från toaletten, inga krokar för handdukar, allt blev blött och bara en strömbrytare för alla lampor, ingen sänglampa. Och för det priset, 1400 kr för en natt, förväntar man sig bättre standard.”
