“El hotel 100% recomendable pero el personal del front desk son muy malos te dejan esperando y no son cordiales”

“The hotel outside and inside was well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed the pool a lot (although it was a little cold when we went in). Overall, it was a great stay.”

“Property was being remodeled. Expedia advertised property as having indoor pool. The pool was closed due to remodel. Our room was in fair condition. Bed looked like someone had been sitting on it after it was made, floor was not clean, bathroom wallpaper was coming off. The shower water pressure was about a trickle. The staff was pleasant.”

“Good staff, great service, good lobby, breakfast was serviceable, love the handicap accessible room, will stay again!”

“Beautiful and clean. Hope to stay again.”

“There was no open restaurant or bar it is permanently closed. No restaurants nearby and could not get an uber”

“Spacious rooms. Well maintained. Pleasant staff.”

“For my purposes, it did its job...wasn't terribly fancy or updated and needed some love, but to sleep and rejuvenate, totally fine. Needs some renovation and maintenance all around. Shower had some cracks and holes...walls had some dents and divets...smoke smell from some rooms which carried over to the hallway... 3 is fair as a rating.”

“Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. This is for the Quality, IL.”

“If you like roach’s, flies and mosquitoes you’ll like this place. Burn holes in the blanket. Bathroom had roaches and only 1 hand towel, no soap. Shower curtain doesn’t fit right. Low class!”
