“The room was clean, and the staff was helpful upon arrival. You have to use your key card to get up to the floors on the elevators. I didn't like that there's no self parking but after reading all the other Hotel details around it, I guess that's standard. Valet parking only. At checkout, ALL 3 of my cards were declining. I didn't like that it took for another woman's card (different race) to decline for the staff to check and see if there was an issue with their system after letting my cards...

“Stayed here a couple of times before, always loved it before. Got a room with a window covered window facing the back yard. Service was lacking a bit, still very good but not that extra that The Jeffersson is Famous for. ”

“Friendly and professional check-in & check-out. Room cleanliness could be improved (furnishings dusty). Afternoon tea service was a bit rough around the corners: subpar customer interaction skills and knowledge of menu offerings. The variety and quality of breakfast offerings at Café du Parc were more suited for a diner than a 5-star hotel. This legendary facility seems to be struggling at living up to some aspects of its former grandeur. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant overall.”

“The staff was very friendly. It's a very popular place on the weekends for both guests and non-guests. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was probably the best I've slept on in a hotel. The room stayed really cool even with nearly 100° heat that day. The front desk was attentive. I liked that they communicated a lot via text. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically...
