“Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background.”

“We were excited to visit Branson, but was very disappointed with our room at the Best Western, the first room we were given was very wet and musty, we spoke with the daytime person on duty the next morning he was very helpful and moved us to a different room, and had a dehumidifier in the room for us, it made a difference for us, however still on the low end of what we had expected… Good breakfast, accommodating workout room…unless Best Western has some major upgrades in that facility, we...

“We had a room on the top floor and getting up there could definitely be a challenge for some, there is an elevator but only on one side of the building. The top balcony was extremely slanted and made everyone feel dizzy as they walked to and from the room. The room smelled musty and mildew-y when we first opened the door, it was much worse in the bathroom. We went swimming in the pool, which looks MUCH nicer online than in person. After we showered and smelled our swimsuits, they all smelled...

“Everything was great. Fabulous breakfast buffet. We will definitely return when come back to Branson.”

“Good”

“Nice clean rooms !”

“Love the room. I wish communication was better. And I wish the parking was better. Love everything else. Really love the bed slept so good.”

“This is my second stay at Scenic Inn, and the staff are who make this stay perfect. The breakfast isn't bad. I do wish they had fresh fruit offered, but it's still a decent spread for most. The room was dated, but doable. My granddaughter clipped the curtains together since the gap let light shine in all night. We felt safe. The air conditioning worked well. All in all it's a nice, cozy and best of all FRIENDLY place to stay off the main strip. This means you can get in and out easier and not...

“If lucky enough to return to Branson, I would definitely stay here and nowhere else. Everything was top notch.”

“Excep”

“Only thing negative was some staff were not friendly. Some would not speak when spoken to.”
