Amazing beds!
We really enjoyed our stay at Merriot. The hotel is close to the highway, but not noisy at all. Easy to drive to the beach and there was a lot of shops in the area. The best part was the beds and pillows! Really the "hotel-feeling" you wish for when you check in. Would absolutly stay here again!

I have never stayed at this property although I had made my reservation 3 weeks prior, when I arrived to the Marriot hotel, Brandon at the front desk lobby gave me a nonsensical explanation that there was no space in the hotel and they sent me to a Whydham hotel, this was an unpleasant moment and very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel, it was terrible. I do not recommend anyone to make reservations in an unsafe place.

Thank you for your feedback. This situation was less than ideal for you and for us as we never like to have to displace a guest from our Hotel. Guest satisfaction is our number one priority and certainly missed the mark. We hope that you will give us another try should you be in the Boca Raton area again.

Well located for my needs. BUT, ery poor and inadequate response for issues (non-operable ironing board, broken coffee maker, insufficient number of towels repeatedly asked for prior day and never provided). Not adequately staffed hotel. Management not available to navigate guest needs. Overcrowded pool area that is far too small to accommodate the number of guests.

We had a very comfortable room. Many hotel rooms for some reason have insufficient lighting and electrical/ charging options. This room was perfect. Marriott’s Breakfast was fine and we tried many of the restaurants within steps of the hotel for dinner. The staff we interacted with were very helpful.

Bed was comfortable and water pressure was medium, pretty good for a large hotel. Rooms were cleaned/refreshed everyday and always provided enough towels.

Has potential but needs some work
Positives: Good location adjacent to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Pool and fitness center are decent. Negatives: Rude staff. Poorly trained. Overpriced. Clientele are marginal. Not great for meeting people. It’s an average hotel with an above average price and below average staff.

Marriott at Town Center
The hotel, room and staff were perfectly fine but nothing extraordinary. Although there’s a a lot of space under the television for drawers it’s just left empty. 3 small drawers and a 1/2 closet for 2 adults for a 5 night stay is just not enough. Though housekeeping made up the room early and adequately they never policed our used drinking glasses. This is the first time I ever had to request a luggage rack. Weird. Still, the location is very convenient, there’s free parking and they put out snacks around 5 pm which is a nice touch. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Wait staff are excellent. All in all a better than average experience, but a little pricey for the room amenities.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the happy hour appetizers and refreshments provided to elite members. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The air was fresh in the hallway and lobby. The gym, pool and lounge area was excellent. I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but what changed my rating was our room smelled horribly of mold. As a family with severe sensitivities to this we were very disappointed with this issue. Other than this, the property was great and we highly reccomend as long as the mold issue is resolved. We were on 4th floor.
