Your holiday apartment was newly renovated in 2024 and is perfect for up to four guests. It features one bedroom, a living and dining area with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and underfloor heating. The modern, bright, and tastefully furnished apartment is on the ground floor and offers step-free access as well as a private terrace in the well-kept garden, furnished with a large table and chairs. The partially covered terrace lets you enjoy the sun and extends your holiday season.



The spacious living and dining area includes a kitchen equipped with a cooktop, convection oven at working height, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, SodaStream, and kettle. The bedroom has laminate flooring, a double bed (1.60 m wide), a large wardrobe, and an extra smart TV with streaming. Bath, shower, and hand towels as well as bed linen are provided free of charge for all guests and changed as needed.



A high chair and travel cot for children are available. Two free parking spaces for cars and bicycles are provided on the property. The wellness area with a small barrel sauna invites you to relax (optional). Two almost new KTM Macina trekking e-bikes (men’s and women’s models) and a dog trailer can be rented for an additional fee. For hygiene reasons, you must bring your own bike helmet.



Dogs are welcome. Despite its quiet edge-of-town location, Ludwigshafen offers excellent infrastructure with doctors, pharmacy, shopping, and restaurants. The beach, lakeside promenade, bike rental, yacht charter, a small gym, and playgrounds are also nearby.
