"Rapsblüte" 2-Room Vacation Apartment - Marschall-Hof Vacation Apartments

Welcome to the "Rapsblüte" vacation rental!
This modern 2-room apartment, measuring 67m², features a kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom, bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm), storage room, and terrace.
It features smart home technology and high-speed internet. The apartment is located on the lower level of our vacation home, which was completed in 2024.

The fully equipped kitchen in the dining and living area includes all essential utensils as well as a stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso Vertuo).
The dining and living area features a dining table, a spacious corner sofa, a smart TV, and a smart radio.

Through the patio door in the living area, you can access the spacious patio, which is furnished with patio furniture and an awning.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe with mirrored doors across from it.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a lighted mirror.

A vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack are available in the storage room.

The temperature inside the apartment can be adjusted individually.
In addition to traditional switches, our built-in smart-home system allows for central control of the apartment’s lights, temperature, and blinds via a control panel located in the kitchen.

Self-check-in and self-check-out are available.

In addition to the vacation apartments, our vacation home also offers other amenities.

In the attic, on the left side, there is a foosball table, a ping-pong table, and a
air hockey table, which you are welcome to use.

In the basement, to the right below the stairs, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. These can be used for a small fee. There is also an iron and ironing board available to borrow here.

Outside the laundry room is the bike storage area, where you can store your bicycles
and charge the batteries of your e-bikes. We ask that you charge the batteries only there and not in the apartments. For children, there is also a go-kart, pedal tractors, a children’s bicycle, and scooters available here.

Our trash bins are located next to the bike storage room.

In the entrance area, there is a refrigerator with beverages and coffee capsules available for a small fee.

Our vacation home, completed in 2024, features three apartments in the basement and three apartments on the upper floor. It is located in a small, rural hamlet within the Ravensburg-Tettnang-Wangen triangle, right next to the Allgäu region and Lake Constance. The spacious, light-filled, and fully equipped vacation apartments offer plenty of room for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

From our slightly elevated farmstead, we have a magnificent, sweeping view down into the valley over fields, meadows, hop gardens, and the Swiss Pre-Alps. This view is charming or atmospheric in its own way at any time of day, any season, and in any weather. On clear days, there’s a fantastic view of the Säntis and the Swiss Alps; Lake Constance can also be seen just above our farm.

From here, you can easily take day trips to the many attractive destinations in the “Three-Country Corner” region, which includes the lake, the Allgäu, and the Alps. We’re well connected to the transportation network and have easy access to public transit via a nearby bus stop.

Thanks to our beautiful location surrounded by greenery, there are also many walking and hiking trails—both short and long—that let you explore the magnificent surroundings of the Alpine foothills right from the house, either on foot or by bike, often with views of the mountains and the lake.

If you prefer a more leisurely pace, you can also enjoy the beautiful landscape right from the terrace of our vacation rental, with a sweeping view down the valley toward Lake Constance and the Alps.
