The host is friendly, especially the owner (he, not the girl friend). The place is located almost next to the beach - very convenient if you want to dive into the water in a minute. The place is cozy and historical and the room I rented for one person was really a compact one. Prepare yourself for a 0 (zero) privacy during your stay because there are no sound isolation. The floors are separated with wooded floors only which makes terrible noise if someone walk above of you. No details over usage of WC who are staying above of you ;) Also from commune area to your room (mine was on ground floor) and vice versa you will hear all speeches. I obeyed the house and local rules although I had the feeling that the privacy (with a friend visitor) offered by the host was limited. I can understand this because I rented a single room. A technical issue is that in the bathroom (which was confined - maybe due to single room) was not safe with electric earthing system, which I had light electric shock (current) while I was washing my hands for instance. I tried to switch off all electric while showering for my safety. Due to one night stay (before my flight), I did not have time to discuss these in person. If you are not sensitive to noise (during the night) and if you use the room only for stay over and spend your time mostly outside it would be a good option to stay there with reasonable fare and in a central location. I had no time for breakfast, thus no comment.
