“Väldigt trevligt bemötande och service. Trevligt rum och vi fick hjälp med att bära väskorna upp för alla trappor. Bra råd om restaurang också. Härligt stor säng, fräscht och inbjudande överlag.
Fin utsikt i frukostmatsalen. Lite för mycket sött på frukosten men det var väl det enda som vi kan anmärka på. Normalt sett äter jag en ostmacka till kaffet men det är inte så vanligt i England. Färska frukten uppskattades.”

“A lovely pub/reataurant with rooms. We stayed in ‘The Apartment’ that sleeps up to six people, with two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Four of us stayed comfortably and we will definitely stay here again. We had dinner and breakfast there, the food was lovely, and service second to none. “Pretty grounds and lake; the alpacas and goats were particularly friendly. The accommodation was compact but had everything available - fridge/kitchen etc. The bed was very comfortable ”
“Lovely pub and hotel. We walked here from the train station and didn't realise it would take that long. It took about 20/25 minutes to get to the city centre from the hotel. The rooms are lovely and the shower was great. The room sies get hot at night but there was a fan in the room. I would stay again but would cab it to and from.”
