Sea Vale har varit i vår familj eftersom min fru var ett barn. Från början var det bara för eget bruk men eftersom beslutar att göra det tillgängligt för andra att använda vi har helt renoverade huset, föra den flyger in the 21st Century.

Huset har en vacker öppen planlösning stil på bottenvåningen som strömmar på ett trädäck med trädgården utanför som vetter mot söder. Alla moderna bekvämligheter har varit tänkt på inklusive golvvärme i hela bottenvåningen. Inredningen är strikt "seaside" med massor av lite finputsning som lämnar dig i ingen tvekan om att du bor på stranden.

Gå ut ur grinden till Elmer Beach som måste vara en av de tystaste och mest privata stränder på den södra kusten. Elmer Beach Estate är privatägt utan allmänhetens tillgång till stranden. Under högsäsong och helgdagar finns det en "artigt" bemannad grind i slutet av vägen för att begränsa åtkomsten fordon invånare!

Great location for relaxing coastal break

A well-equipped spacious house with a wonderful first floor sun room and balcony looking out to sea, located in a very peaceful road. Probably the best property we have ever stayed at.

Beach house

House were very communicative and approachable. Property came with everything you could possibly need right down to a bottle of wine welcomers as we arrived and coffee and tea in the cup cupboard.All the immunities you might need plus more. Friendly neighbourhood.

Wedding weekend

Location excellent just on the beach where everybody went and found shells, stones even an ammonite. So we went home with a small memento.House was amazing with everything catered for, the communication was faultless so there was no delay in getting in or knowing where things were.Overall a very successful four nights for everybody and I think the owners have got it right.

Family Weekend

Just lovely

Sea Vale is a lovely welcoming house right on the beach. Well equipped for even the most discerning of houseguests. We were a three generation family and we all agreed that it's one of the best holiday houses we have stayed in. Thank you Nick for a great stay.

Perfect for family gatherings

Super house for a family gathering with easy parking for 4 cars in driveway. So close to the beach you can hear the waves. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Secure for the dogs to run around the garden and minutes to the beach with sand at low tide. Walk to Lobster Pot for delicious coffee. Communication with Judith and Nick was excellent. The balcony space at first floor was something special.

New Year short stay

The property is excellently located for the local beach which our dogs loved. Local amenities were as you’d expect for a seaside area. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were tidy.

Lovely modern home by the sea

We had a family Christmas stay at Sea Vale and everyone was very happy with the property and the location. The house is very homely and well equipped with modern appliances. The owners have clearly gone to a lot of effort (and cost) to make the place feel special. We have stayed in numerous properties in the UK and Europe and Sea Vale is among the best.There is ample parking at the property and good internet too.The beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the house, a mix of shingle, sand and thousands of sea shells. We found the area very quiet and tranquil and nice and dark at night so good for star gazing. There's a couple of pubs not far from the house within walking distance and a very well equipped shop so we did not need to use our cars at all. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to Sea Vale as a very nice place to unwind and take in the sea air located in a friendly community. Whilst it's not that far to drive from the house to Brighton or Bognor one did have the pleasant feeling that we were far from the madding crowd in a little haven off the beaten track, quite hard to find these days!

Fabulous house

Short stay bang on the beach. Great house with ensuites for all 4 bedrooms. Location perfect, everything you need at your finger tips.hosts were amazing and had thought of everything from cling film to dog bowls, dishwasher tablets and shower gel. Definitely recommend.

Hoping to return next year.

A lovely property in a perfect location. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting friends who moved down to Sussex a few years ago. The property is spacious and well layed out. The view from the master bedroom is outstanding

Lovely property in a fabulous location. Sat watching the waves from the balcony for so long! Great Seaside Break!

Return visit to Sea Vale as a lovely house you feel immediately at home in with everything you need. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy! Wine left to welcome us a much appreciated gesture and already thinking about planning our visit next year. Great location right on the beach with plenty to keep everyone happy by the beach and exploring the surrounding area.

A superb holiday by the sea

Enjoyable and fun holiday

Well situated for the beach and well appointed for a family holiday.Kite flying and rock pooling, paddle boarding. Some of the window latches need servicing. We had an amazing time.

Fantastic house

Second stay in this wonderful beach house. Lovely and clean, comfy sofas and well equipped kitchen. Thank you for the wine to welcome us. Great information pack. A really enjoyable birthday weekend for my mother and sisters. Crosswords on the sun balcony, lunch in the garden, an early morning swim - lovely weekend.
