Furnished Smart Loft apartment with a double bed and a flat-screen TV (free YouTube and Netflix). Your apartment features a workspace with a desk, a comfortable chair, and Wi-Fi and cable internet (the apartment’s own 300 MG internet connection).

Spacious closet; fully equipped kitchen with all types of kitchenware, utensils, and appliances, including a microwave/toaster, mini-bar fridge with freezer, range hood, coffee maker, blender, and one (1) dining area with a bar stool.

You’ll have access to 24-hour reception service, allowing you to arrive on the day of your reservation at any time, check in and out at any hour during your stay, and get immediate information and assistance regarding the facilities, location, and nearby places to visit—such as restaurants, supermarkets, and bars close to the building. You’ll also have Wi-Fi in every area of the building, including the lobby.

During your stay, you and your guests or business partners can access any area of the clubhouse whenever you wish, hold meetings or small events, and we provide complimentary visitor parking so your guests can bring their vehicles during their visit.
