“To call this a 5 star Shangri-La is a not accurate. After checking in to our paid upgraded room we noticed the AC wasnt working in the bedroom (had a big room with seperate living room). the engineers arrived and quickly fixed so that air was coming out, however we notice that it was not cool air but just natural air as they call it. keep in mind this is in end of May where temperatures are between 22-28 degrees outdoors with the sun constantly on the rooms. I was told that cooling would not be...

“The staff was always very polite and attentive, and did everything to cater to our needs. The buffet restaurant had a wide offering for breakfast and dinner, both for kids and adults. The hotels location, just 100 meters from the beach, made it very convenient to enjoy beach life. The rooms and suites were spacious and modern, with great views of the ocean.”

“The manager of the hotel spoke good English and ran to intervene when we had trouble communicating. He gave us very useful information about local sites and arranged a taxi for us to go to one of them. The hotel lies on a road that runs near the former location of the Great Wall. Another advantage is the hotel's "family...

“秘書山荘入り口に近く、ロケーションは最高。貴賓楼という本館とは別棟に泊まったので、本館の様子はわかりませんが、貴賓楼は少しかび臭く、シャワーの温水が出にくく水の勢いも弱い、ドライヤーがない等の点がマイナス。値段は手頃だと思うので、これらのマイナス面を受け入れられるなら泊まってもよいと思います。”

“Claimed as non-smoking. Was maybe renovated not too long ago but you can still smell the smoke. Found a cigarette in the sink too. Mold in the shower cabin. Hair on the floor. Wallpaper is already coming off the wall and some shreds are missing. Air conditioning is noisy. A room switch made it only a bit better but added a mirror that turns on and flashes again and again on its own.”
