Bra familjehotell
Perfekt hotell för barnfamilj som vill kombinera naturupplevelser (vandra, kajak,cykla) med AquaPark (med spa). Går lätt att ta sig dit med tåg och sen ta sig runt i området utan bil.

Fint och rent hotell, bor här gärna igen!
Det var lätt att hitta till hotellet, incheckningen gick väldigt snabbt och enkelt. Hotellet i sig erbjuder bra service, vi skulle åka väldigt tidigt på morgonen (klockan 03.00) den sista natten och önskade att de packade frukost till oss att ta med - det vi fick var verkligen allt möjligt och i stor mängd, väldigt nöjda med detta. Hotellet erbjöd allt man kunde tänka sig, allt från buffé om man inte orkade gå ut till ett okej pris på 16 euro, till cykelhyra och till att hjälpa dig med vad du än behövde. Frukosten på hotellet var som en standard frukost på resterande hotell, men med tanke på att jag har lite att jämföra med så kanske detta hotellet hade något mindre utbud. Vad vi inte tyckte om med hotellet var de hygienprodukter som fanns inne på rummen - schampo och duschkräm var något av de sämsta vi sett, det gick inte att duscha med detta, det skummade inte alls vilket var kasst. Vi fick tvätta håret med tvål och det kändes inte riktigt bra - rekommenderas starkt att ha med eget som vi inte hade vid denna vistelse tyvärr. Utcheckning gick sådär smidigt, först bad de oss att betala ca 250 euro (rumspriset för 2 nätter) som vi redan hade betalt, därefter var det problem att betala med kort eftersom receptionisten under natten inte verkar ha fått någon som helst introduktion i hur man använder sig av en kortläsare. Detta var bara lite tråkigt att stå med klockan tre på natten. I övrigt väldigt fint och rent hotell, bor där gärna igen!

Fantastisk utsikt
Mycket trevligt hotell där vi hade balkong med utsikt mot snötäckta alper. Rent och snyggt rum med god frukost och trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger lite vid sidan om de större vägarna men med bilen gjorde vi dagsutflykter både till det fantastiska Vrsic-passet och till Ljubljana. Vi åker gärna tillbaka.

Fint hotell! Fräscht och rent. Hade hoppas att det låg närmre en sjö, det var ingen speciell utsikt från rummet direkt. (man såg parkeringsplatsen och lite hus samt bergen). Frukostbufféer lämnade den lite att önska om man är van vid svenska frukostbufféer, men var helt ok. Dyrt att äta i restaurangen (19 Euro för middag) . Vattenlandet var fint, 2 rutschbanor 2 bubbelpooler t.ex.. Överlag var vi väldigt nöjda med vistelsen, hade dock satt 4 stjärnor på hotellet (istället för fem).

I book superior mountain view room, my view was a factory that was open and noisy 24 hours a day. The view of two large chimney of misty, white smoke was " the mountain view". The four nights i stayed they come to clean the room one time only, not bothering to replace the towels. The hotel does notvhave the pool. It is connecting to nearby aqua park, which is used by a lot of school kids

Der Unterkunft befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Ort. Mann kann dort die Natur richtig genießen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit (aber die könnten noch mehr freundlicher sein). Zusätzlich, gab es noch eine Sache, in der Dusche an der Decke gab es schimmel und Feuchtigkeit mit ein paar Spinnennetz an einigen Ecken. Das müsste eigentlich beobachtet werden, da andere (Zickige Leute, werden das nicht akzeptieren). Allgemeine Bewertung: 4.4 / 5

La struttura è moderna, ben arredata, le camere sono spaziose e luminose, la TV riceve molti canali in diverse lingue. La zona è ben servita, nei dintorni ci sono un supermercato, una farmacia e diversi ristoranti. Buona colazione a buffet. Non posso recensire l'Acqua Park e la zona wellness non avendone usufruito. Scarsa attenzione del personale nel far rispettare le norme anti Covid ai clienti.

Best place to stay in Bohinj
Probably the best place to stay in Bohinj, Bowling Alley is a great touch and we made good use of it! Friendly and helpful staff made our stay comfortable, even when the airline lost our luggage. Free shuttle to the slopes. Overall, highly recommended and we will stay here again.

Nothing wrong, but nothing special for the price
There's nothing explicitly wrong with this hotel, but there's nothing special about it either given the choice of other accommodations in the surrounding area. The rooms are adequate but boring, the staff is lackluster, the food (we had breakfast) satisfactory, so you are not hungry. but definitely not standing out in any way. And we could do without the staff arguing loudly during breakfast ... Also, we booked a "Mountain View" room and even joked before arriving how could any room in Bohinj not have a view of the mountains ... well, we had a parking lot view! For the price you can do much better in Bohinjska Bistrica and the surrounding area and best leave this hotel to conference guests, which it was full of when we were there (late November).

The hotel was easy to find. The room is spacious and looked nice designed but felt a little old. Good enough for us to stay 1 night in between visiting near by beautiful nature. The breakfast buffet has a great range including some local dishes. It looked busy but there are some empty tables so it was not very packed. At our arrival, we saw many teens/younger crowds (like a school trip) and we were afraid of some noise and traffic but it was alright. We saw other business groups, so we assume the hotel accepts many big groups as well. Communication with the hotel staff before our arrival was not very smooth due to their English (I hope), but the staff we checked us in was helpful. We did not get to use the spa as we arrive late. I wanted to try their pool in the spa lounge but I needed to book a massage to use so I gave up.

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast. Most of the facilities were closed at daytime and opened only at 16:00. The rooms was pretty basic but clean and comfortable.

Not what we expected
We were rather disappointed with this stay. Place came across as a fancy hotel/spa with relaxing pools. Instead it was a rather standard hotel, with an external public pool (with loads of people) and not overly friendly staff. Hotels.com did its usual trick of saying the price was down from a laughable €500 which also gave us false expectations.

A nice place, but also possibilities to improve
The hotel is nice and clean. It is adjacent to the indoor waterpark which is great for families with small children but a bit noisy and crowded for couples and older visitors. For such visitors though, there is a nice wellnes at the top of the hotel with great views of the surrounding mountains. Although they try to show off as the best local hotel, there are many details that where they could approve: juice glasses were right hot from the machine in the morning, and selection of cheese for breakfast was poor (not to mention that there were almost no breakfast vegan options). Also, there was no towels available in sauna. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and helpfull and there are many hiking and swimming possibilities in the area, many of which easily accessible with local public transportation.

Great location, easy to park. The room was spacious and very clean and modern. However, we had a room just off the main reception area and it was a little noisy, we could hear everyone coming and going. We arrived late for dinner, there is only a buffet option, no menu choice, and there was hardly anything left. We went into the town to eat, which was much nicer and cheaper.

Top Hotel!
Um das Hotel herum gab es nicht viel zu tun. Bled ist aber nicht weit entfernt, dort gibt es mehr Möglichkeiten! Der Service war hervorragend, gab es irgendwelche kleinen Probleme, haben sie uns sofort geholfen und waren stets freundlich! Englisch sprechen Sie super, sodass es keine Schwierigkeiten gab. Das Frühstück war einfach toll! Richtig lecker, frisch und genug Auswahl!
