Located in Garden City, just steps from the Greenbelt, local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and the Fairgrounds, this home is perfectly positioned for guests who want both convenience and an authentic Boise experience.

The entire Home. Guests will have access to the entire property via self check-in. The garage has one parking spot and the driveway has room for one car as well. There is community parking to the left of the condo if you need additional spaces. First come first park. (There is no parking on the street in front of color sidewalks.) The Garage locked storage door is where we keep the E-Bikes. Unless you rent them you don't have access to closet.
First Floor
• One Queen bedroom with a full bathroom — perfect for guests who prefer easy access or added privacy. Easy access to the garage and Bedroom also has a door out to the backyard and fire pit.
Second Floor
• Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space designed for gathering
• Step out onto the balcony featuring two chairs and a heater — an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening wine, or soaking in Boise’s beautiful sunrise and sunset skies.
• Kids Knook (closet on second floor turned into a little kids haven with books, legos, tiles, and paper/crayons)
Third Floor
• Two spacious bedrooms, each with king beds and private full bathrooms
• Laundry room conveniently located on this level for longer stays
Backyard
• Fire pit and outdoor seating
• Gas BBQ
Garage:
• One car parking garage
• 5 Bikes (3 adults - 2 kids. Free ( Free use of helmets and locks) (If lost there will be a charge)
• 3 Adult E-Bikes for additional Charge. (Free use of helmets and locks.) (If lost there will be a charge)
Taxi, Uber and Lift are available.
