Great spot for a weekend in Boise

Great spot for a family weekend in Boise. Walkable to downtown for great food and shopping. Easily accessible to get around town by car. Clean and perfect accommodations for a family with bedrooms, bath and a half and kitchen. Will definitely consider for our next visit.

Fun football game getaway

Perfect location for going to the BSU game and go and enjoy the downtown area. Loved that we could walk to all the downtown restaurants and bars! The condo was so clean and was a perfect place for our family to stay!

Family trip to visit the college

Overall a nice place to stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. It was a little light on cooking utensils, pots/pans etc.

Excellent Property!

My daughter and I stayed in this "chic abode" when we visited my other daughter for a hiking vacation. It is, just as listed, very close to downtown Boise. Trader Joe's, restaurants, bars, and Julia Davis Park, were all walking distance. The condo was very clean, the beds were quite comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig with k-cups provided. I am so glad we chose this property.

We stayed here with a group of girls for a bridal weekend, it was perfect! Comfortable, clean, modern and so cute! Location close to everything downtown. We come to Boise often and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Condo close to downtown

This is a lovely well equipped condo close to downtown. The beds were very comfy, everything very clean. Very nice upscale appliances. Would stay here again when visiting Boise again.

Beautiful condo!

Lovely condo in a great location! Only issue was a power outage through no fault of the owner! They were responsive and let us know where the flashlight lanterns were but the power was back in before it got too dark! Would stay there again anytime!

Just as described.

Close to downtown. Condo was very clean and as described. Parking in a gated area. There’s an abandoned home and property across the street where some homeless people were being questioned by police officers. Other than that, felt safe and it was close to all the things we wanted to do.

The best I’d slept in a week! Convenient, nice park under carport, kitchen nicely equipped. Decor and AC were great. Immediately accessible contact, quick with answer for locking doors. Very (thanks, Michelle!).

Not The Best

Good location, but ran out of everything! The soaps were all almost empty when we got there, only two rolls of toilet paper for our entire stay, there were multiple garbage bags in front of the door, a pillow case had a something that looked like puke on it, stuff left on the floor, cupboards were so full and disorganized that things fell out when you opened them, broken doors and locks, random things in all the closets and storage areas. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

The condo was very nice and clean. We’ll stocked with clean towels and bedding. It’s super close to downtown Boise. In the ad, it does say you can walk to the downtown area bars/restaurants. I don’t know that I would recommend that part. There’s an abandoned house across the street with quite a few people that hang out around there. When we arrived, there were 3 Boise police cars there questioning several individuals. There was always homeless people hanging/walking around the area. Other than that, it was great. Parking available on street or behind the condo in a gated area.

Very Dirty and Unsafe Location

This VRBO rental was a huge disappointment. My main concerns were the cleanliness (or lack of) of the unit and the safety of the neighborhood. In terms of cleanliness, I strongly suspect that the unit was not being cleaned by a professional cleaning service. The bathroom shower floor was dark with grime and dirt. The corners of the shower and shower door were covered in some sort of mildew or mold. There was hair and debris on the floor. The kitchen, although tidy, had a dirty sink, stove top, and refrigerator door. Furthermore, many items were not in working condition, including the ice maker. In addition, the unit is located in an area directly across from an abandoned house that seems to draw a lot of people who, for lack of a better description, seemed to be looking for trouble (and wanted to make us feel unwelcome and intimidated). In addition, the home is located next to a mental health services building and near a skate park and a homeless kitchen. In no way did we feel safe walking through the neighborhood to get anywhere. We had to drive everywhere. As soon as we checked in, I alerted the management company to our concerns about the unit. They asked for photos to back up our concerns, which we immediately provided. They did not get back to us with a resolution until after we checked out (three days later). They let us know that they were crediting us only $81 for our concerns. I'm shocked and disappointed! I would avoid this rental at all costs.
