This home features an open floor plan with living room, tech nook, dining area and kitchen all in one spacious area, half bath and laundry area is also down stairs. The kitchen is stocked with all the accessories. You will find all three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms upstairs.
    The Patio has table and chairs along with a Grill for all your outdoor needs. Access to the garage for parking along with street parking available.

This is a great house. The internet was fast. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were just as they were pictured. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The grill had propane and we enjoyed using it. It was nice to park in the garage. Easy access to shopping, food, and freeways. The ice maker worked well. The only downfall was all the stains on the carpet but, we overlooked that.

Amazing stay!

This is a great place. My family had to travel to Boise for a medical procedure. The home was CLEAN, centrally located, and all around perfect! Thank you for making this difficult time easier with a great place for everyone to gather together.

Well Appointed Beautiful Home!

This property is located near everything in a beautiful neighborhood with garage parking. The inside has all the necessities and is tastefully decorated! We enjoyed our stay and the comfort of this home. The owner responds immediately and is kind and thoughtful. Highly recommended for your Boise adventures!

Great stay- nice neighborhood and. Easy contact with Rental Agent, Yaseen!! Only complain would be thermostat irregularity- maintaining same temp on both floors- lower level always chilly! Otherwise, great accommodation! Thx

Had an amazing stay in the perfect location near Roaring Springs. Small mishap during check in but Yaseen was quick to make it right! Quiet neighborhood and the house had every amenity you could think of. Bonus points for being able to park the van in the garage!
