Location, location, location! Situated right in the center of town on restaurant alley (8th street). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment! Parking is tight so nothing larger than a compact vehicle.

Great stay and awesome location! Was fairly quiet considering right downtown. Walked to everything. The free parking spot was too small for our vehicle so had to pay for parking but that wasn't very much. Appreciated the coffee that was there. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Owner's very responsive to any questions. Thank You.

Apartment was fantastic and the hosts were very accommodating. Beds were comfy and we had all we needed for our stay. The parking space is tight, as the hosts mention. BMW X3 was far too long to make the turn to get into the stall. Convenient garage parking a block away at 30 a day. Area is great. Get a slice of pizza a couple of doors down from the main entrance. It's loud in the mornings. Single pain windows mean you hear every garbage truck at 0500. Great stay though. Would stay again.

Great spot, close to everything you need. You don’t need to drive or uber anywhere once you’re there. Cozy place with comfortable beds and nice touches. Would recommend if you want something close to all there is to do.

Loved the location and the view of the Capital is amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Free parking is dependent of the size of your car!!Listing was clear on description but difficult to navigate if you’re new to the area. The response of the host to questions for the property was very quick.. Looking forward to definitely staying here again !!

Our stay was great. Host had great communication and checked in periodically on how the trip and place was working out. The free parking space is very very small and definitely only for a small compact size vehicle. Pre-arrival instructions did explain space was small but it was definitely smaller than expected. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking to be close to downtown Boise.

This location is amazing. Walkable to anything in the Boise downtown area. It is a great apartment with beautiful views. The elevator is a little testy at times, but otherwise a really great spot to enjoy the downtown area.

Perfect downtown spot

This is such a great location with just the right amenities. We were within walking distance of our venue plus an endless number of great restaurants. We felt right at home from the first day. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome location

Great location for staying in Boise and was very clean.only suggestion would be to add locks to the windows for child safety due to low window height and maybe some games and extra blankets in the cold season. Would definitely rent this place again the next time I'm in town

Great location for exploring Boise

Interesting historic building, very nicely restored apartment, clean, good use of space. Restaurants and shops right outside the door. Great location for walking to Capitol building, Greenbelt, etc.
