I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very poor experience. On the positive side, the accommodations were genuinely very nice. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom modern. It’s clear that the hotel has invested in maintaining a high standard when it comes to its facilities.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently cold and unwelcoming. The front desk team (in particular Zak)
came across as disinterested and unhelpful, and at no point did I feel genuinely greeted or valued as a guest. Any questions or requests I had were met with curt responses, as though I was inconveniencing him. (ie. asking for
Towels!)
It's disappointing because the hotel itself has a lot of potential, but the lack of basic hospitality from the staff really detracted from the overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously—friendly, attentive service can make all the difference.
Until then, I’d recommend this place only if you’re looking for a nice room and don’t mind unfriendly customer service.
