The Space:

This comfortable 2 bed/1.5 bath townhome features bright and cheerful design throughout and includes a private patio and outdoor seating. 2 full Bedrooms and a sofa bed in living room, provides a third sleeping area. Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, FREE street parking, and Private outdoor space. Other amenities include: a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, pack and play, and plenty of kitchen items make this home a comfortable space for families to enjoy also.



Master bedroom features a King Size bed, there is plenty of closet space with hangers and luggage racks for your suitcases as well!



The second bedroom is also upstairs and is furnished with a Queen size bed, with quality linens, and a closet with hangers and luggage racks for guests personal items.



The main bath is also on the upper level. Complete with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer for your traveling convenience! All bedroom and bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully chosen.



Kitchen is stocked with stainless appliances full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker. All utensils & cookware are included to make eating in convenient and enjoyable. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table with 4 chairs, or outdoor at the patio table on a sunny day.



The living room has a pull out sofa bed great for curling up with a blanket and a book, or a relaxing night of movies with a very cozy oversized sofa chair for additional seating. Smart TV with Netflix and streaming capabilities using WIFI to complete the necessities!



There is a also half bathroom on the main level for guest convenience! Full-size washer and dryer provided for guest use. Iron/ironing board are available at the property.



Private, fenced yard with patio table, bbq and additional seating to enjoy a glass of wine or your morning cup of coffee on a sunny day.

Approx 5 miles from Boise Greenbelt The 25-mile Boise River Greenbelt is one of Boise's most beloved parks. The tree-lined pathway follows the river through the heart of the city and provides scenic views, wildlife habitat and pedestrian access to many of the city's popular riverside parks. The "Ribbon of Jewels" is a series of parks located along the pathway.

~ No PETS!



~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.



~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.



~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
