We absolutely loved the property and the location. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated little details like snacks and coffee left by the host. The pool, kayaks and bikes were very nice amenities. All beds and furniture were comfortable and clean, cozy for staying in on a rainy day. Most of all, we loved the fact that we could bring our boat and dock directly across from the house. We were able to fish and sunset cruise daily!

Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay on Pine Island. Bokeelia Island Oasis was the perfect quiet place to relax with family. We enjoyed beautiful morning sunrises on the deck, kayaking, bicycling and exploring the island’s history on the Matlacha Boating Adventure. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location and very nice property!

This is our 2nd trip to this home and it's a great location for access to Charlotte Harbor fishing and beaches. Convenient docking and beautiful pool! We will be back next year.

Great Location

We had a long fishing weekend with a group of friends out of this property. Location for fishing can't get much better. House was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We will stay at this property again.

Boater's paradise.

We spent the entire trip on the boat only going to beaches accessible by boat and only restaurants with dock slips. Can't wait to do it again

Perfect in every way

East and west facing balconies for sunsets and morning coffee. North and south facing bedrooms for maximum privacy. Neat clean and wonderful pool. It was a heavenly stay.

Beautiful home great location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Lots of bikes and kayaks to use if you are in to that. The dock was great. It’s across the street with easy access to open water and fishing. We loved coming in off the boat to enjoy the fresh clean pool everyday. We will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful old Florida

If you look for a laidback peaceful stay close to water, this place has just that. It’s nothing fancy, but comfortable and cozy. We enjoy our week with the kids. Lots of bikes, kayaks, nice pool and a boat dock across the street. We rented a boat right in front of the house and boated to the beautiful beaches of Cayo Costo.

Quiet relaxing home

Me, my mom, and my sister rented this property and it was perfect. It has 3 beds and 3 baths perfect for couples, friends, or families! You can see the water front all day it's in front of you and behind you there was a nice breeze the whole time. I loved the swimming pool and use of the kayaks. The TV in the living room isn't a smart tv so bring gaming consoles or a laptop to connect to the tv.

The VRBO was in a perfect location with a great dock across the street overlooking a lovely Bay Area. It felt remote and quiet while still being near everything we could want to access. The ping-pong table was a bonus that we all enjoyed. It was wonderful having bikes and kayaks at our disposal, though one of the bikes had no brakes. We really all enjoyed our stay here! The pool was icy cold so I’m guessing it’s not heated and there was no table with an umbrella as is pictured but there were four wonderful zero gravity, lounging chaises that were well enjoyed Parts of the house could use a little love but mostly it’s some outside stuff. Overall, the layout was perfect for us and gave us each our space with a great gathering place in the center. Kitchen was well appointed, but could use sponges. Otherwise it had all the tools you needed to cook. There were four of us, so it was very cute that the table was set for four as was the breakfast bar when we arrived.There was also a fireplace, but we weren’t sure how to use it and there were no instructions in the Guide. I guess there had been a hot tub but the hurricane took it out hence the ping-pong table in its place.Overall, it was a great day and we would stay there again.
