Island Getaway Golf Fishing Comunity

Vårt tre sovrum, 2 badrum, hemmet ligger i Alden Pines Golf & Country Club. Alden Pines är en 18-håls golfbana i en naturlig miljö. Pine Island har gott om vilda djur när som helst när du kan leta upp och se, fiskgjuse, skaliga örnar, blå hägrar, snövita ägretthästar och trästorkar.

Pine Island har INTE en strand, du kan ta en vattentaxi till en av stränderna eller köra utanför ön men det finns gott om fiske. Fisk utanför Matlacha Drawbridge, den MEST fiskade bron i South West Florida. Hyr en fiskeguide eller ta med dig din båt och lägg i Pineland Marina. Nästan alla restauranger på Pine Island tillagar din fisk ändå du begär. Ta en vattentaxi, kryssning / turbåtar till öarna Cabbage Key och Cayo Costa. Stanna till lunch på öarna Cabbage Key, Captiva, Sanibel eller Upper Captiva.

Det är ett paradis för kajakälskare. Pine Island är den största ön (17 mil lång och 2 mil bred) på västkusten i Florida, bara 20 minuter från Cape Coral, 30 minuter från Fort Myers och en timme från Fort Myers flygplats. FLORIDAS BÄSTA HEMLADE hemlighet, orörda södra Florida är pittoreska, tysta, kantade med mangrover snarare än vita sandstränder. Njut av kajakpaddling i det skyddade vattnet i Matlacha Pass och Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve.

Ta med cyklarna, det finns en cykelleder från den ena änden av ön till den andra. Tennis och pool i samhällscentret, är en kort cykeltur, bara 5 mil och spela på fyra nya banor. Du kan spela på natten. Det finns en runda robin varje måndag, onsdag och fredag från 9 - 11 som vem som helst kan hoppa in. Alla är välkomna! Det finns en liga som spelar tisdagar och torsdagar, men de använder inte alla domstolar och de är klockan 11. Nyligen tillagd är pickleball.

På Pine Island kan du kolla in de lokala butikerna i Matlacha, äta och koppla av på de många restaurangerna vid vattnet, specialiserade på färsk fisk och skaldjur, serveras med en avslappnad, öppen atmosfär på ön.

Min mest populära sak att göra är att packa upp golfvagnen, ta med en kamera, ost & kex, öl, vin eller martini och gå till Pine Island Marina och titta på solnedgången. Gör detta varje kväll så blir du inte besviken.

Private Getaway Relaxing Vacation

This property could not have been more perfect. from the cleanliness, the amazing pool, spacious rooms & big kitchen. The whole family was satisfied in this house... it was comfortable enough to feel like a home for the week. The sunsets, amazing food nearby, and loads of fun here. Also a big thanks to the host Tracy who was always available to answer questions and offer a great stay. Overall, it was a great vacation and we would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

Despite the area being affected by hurricane Ian, our family decided to still visit the area to support the locals and economy. The house was fantastic, very clean, open floor plan, lovely new pool. The golf cart was super fun to run around the neighborhood and visit the local marina to view the sunsets. We were very comfortable. The managers were very attentive to our texts with questions and were able to take care of everything needed. To top it off, even the neighbor was very friendly and lovely to talk with. We met up with a local captain, had an amazing time with the dolphins…..was a great trip and we will be back!

Perfect family week away

Stayed a week at this property and felt like home (but better!). Beds and furnishings were very comfortable, floor plan was great, lanai and pool area were perfect. Host was very responsive and had everything we needed for day trips to the beach, along with dozens of recommendations around where to eat local. Bikes were a great bonus! Would stay here again & highly recommend for families looking for a quieter place from which to explore SW Florida.

Week in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was immaculate and fully appointed with everything you could possibly need-high quality linens and towels-fully stocked kitchen and welcome basket with coffee, snacks and margaritas! The weather was perfect and the view of the 13th hole with palm trees swaying was so relaxing. The new pool is great as is the fire pit. The area offered so much like the sunset at the marina, ferry to cayo costa and day trip fishing charters. The golf course was easily accessible from the house and tee times were made with no issues. Overall a great place to unwind with family or friends.

A Wonderful First Visit to Pine Island

We spent a week at this amazing property. Tracey and Cabot were wonderful hosts and the property was even more beautiful than the pictures. The setting on the golf course was ideal and its proximity to gorgeous sunsets made it even better. All the amenities you would need for making and serving meals were there. Communication with the owners was great and they even stopped by to make sure we had enough propane for the grill and firepit. The pool is a great addition and the outdoor patio was so inviting that we never even used the inside dining room table. Plenty of space to spread out and everything immaculately clean. My wife and I would highly recommend the Alden Pines home and know you will enjoy working with the owners.

You won’t go wrong here!

This house was fantastic - the heated pool, golf cart and bikes were enjoyed. Great space for two couples with plenty of room even in the well appointed kitchen. We spent a great deal of our time in a very spacious and comfortable shaded lanai - when we weren’t in the pool. Our host was the best - communication and information were spot on - especially about restaurants and the beautiful sunsets! Thank you Tracey. We all said this was the best VRBO we’ve been to!

Great home and location

We just spent a month in this beautiful well stocked home. From the minute we walked in it just felt comfortable. The pool is nice, fire pit was fun as a place to sit and relax in the evening. Beds are super comfortable and the hosts were very responsive for the couple questions/ requests we had. The island is full of fun places to explore with several great restaurants. Can’t go wrong with this rental. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Rent with confidence! Tracey's home is beautiful, clean, and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Our son is in a wheelchair, and it is so easily accessible - the open floor space for him made our vacation so much better. The house is stocked with everything you could think of. The lanai and new pool are absolutely gorgeous and overlook a pretty backyard. We also met the neighbor Scott who said to knock on his door if we needed anything. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we'll be back!

Florida beauty

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful home in Alden Pines. The home was spacious and super clean. We loved spending time on the enormous screened porch even though there was so much space inside the home. The highlight of our day was going to the local marina to watch the sunset. Every night was beautiful. We saw so much nature-turtles, beautiful birds and so much more. We were able to get take out from nearby restaurants that had delicious options. Days were spent kayaking-so many spots to go. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Beautiful home, yard and vacation. If you want peace and quiet come here for true serenity.

Our Stay in Bokeelia

We absolutely loved our stay in Alden Pines. The house was very clean & beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was safe, peaceful & serene. The sunsets at the local pier were spectacular. Beautiful Home!

Beautiful house that is spotless and completely updated . You will have all the comforts of home. Communication with owner was excellent! They went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended! We have renewed for 2021 and can't wait to return.
