They easily find crumbs and food/drinks left out. The home does have regular pest service which helps. We'll make sure maintenance knows about the door so they can check it out & oil the hinges if necessary; we'd have been glad to have it done during your stay had we known. Ants are common in our area and even down into the Keys. The home is regularly treated by a pest service, but unfortunately there's nothing that can be done to totally eradicate them.
