This bright and spacious 70 sqm (750 sq ft) apartment, fully renovated in March 2025, features two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. Nestled in the green residential neighborhood of Barca, the apartment is conveniently located close to Renato Dall'Ara Stadium, Ospedale Maggiore, and provides quick access to the motorway.

Up to 4 guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The fully equipped kitchen is available for your use, and bed linens and towels are provided. Upon arrival, a member of our team will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and explain the apartment's amenities. We remain available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.

The apartment is located on the 7th (top) floor of a well-maintained residential building with elevator access, overlooking a quiet side street just off Via Barca. It has been furnished in a modern, functional style and equipped with all contemporary comforts, including elegant marble floors, new soundproof windows, air conditioning in every room, and central heating controlled by a thermostat.

The property is located next to Parco Delcisa Gallerani, just a short distance from Viale Sandro Pertini, which provides quick access to Bologna's historic center. The neighborhood offers an excellent selection of shops, services, and public transportation.

As you enter, you'll find a welcoming entrance leading into a bright and comfortable living room flooded with natural light from the large balcony doors. The balcony offers a beautiful panoramic view of the San Luca Basilica, one of Bologna's most iconic landmarks.

The living area includes a comfortable three-seat sofa and a 43-inch Smart TV. Opposite the open-plan kitchen is a stylish round dining table seating four guests. The custom-designed kitchen features elegant grey cabinetry and is fully equipped with an electric oven, full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and traditional Italian moka pot.

A short hallway leads to the sleeping area, which includes two cozy bedrooms. Both rooms feature a dedicated workspace suitable for remote working and large sliding-door wardrobes.

The spacious master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (80 × 200 cm) that can be joined together to create another queen-size bed upon request.

The apartment includes one bathroom finished with elegant grey porcelain tiles and fitted with a large glass walk-in shower.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, a practical storage room for luggage and cleaning supplies, and a bright enclosed utility veranda located behind the kitchen and connected to the balcony.

Important Information

Guests are required to pay the City Tax, which is not included in the reservation price. The tax ranges from €4 to €7 per adult, per night, depending on the total value of the booking, and applies only to the first five nights of the stay.

The Neighborhood

The apartment is located in a peaceful, green residential area just outside Porta Saragozza, close to Casalecchio di Reno.

It is conveniently situated near Terme Felsinee, Ospedale Maggiore, Renato Dall'Ara Stadium, and Unipol Arena. Thanks to its proximity to Bologna's ring road, the apartment is easy to reach by car while also offering fast access to the historic city center via Viale Sandro Pertini.

The neighborhood is surrounded by public parks and offers numerous shops within walking distance, including a large supermarket located directly behind the building.

Just a short walk away is Bologna's famous Portico di San Luca, the world's longest covered arcade, leading up to the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca, which can also be admired from the apartment's windows.

Public Transportation

Bus lines 92 and 83 stop just a few meters from the apartment and provide direct connections to Bologna Centrale Railway Station. Bus 14 takes you to the heart of Bologna's historic center in just a few minutes.

Parking

The apartment is located outside Bologna's Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).

Free street parking is available directly in front of the building and along nearby Via Giotto, accessible from the rear entrance of the property.
