**Welcome to our family chalet located in Bolquère Village, in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees.**

With its magnificent views of the valley and the Cambre d’Aze (2,711 m), its south-facing garden, and its comfortable spaces, the chalet is ideal for a vacation with family or friends, both in summer and winter.

📍 **AN IDEAL LOCATION**

The chalet is located just 3.5 km from the Pyrénées 2000 – Font-Romeu ski resort. In winter, a free shuttle service to the slopes stops about 100 m from the chalet.

You’ll also enjoy being close to Font-Romeu, the shops in Bolquère, Spain, and Andorra.

A small grocery store is within walking distance, and a hypermarket is less than a 5-minute drive away.

🏡 **THE CHALET – 8 PEOPLE – 4 BEDROOMS**

Spread over 3 levels, with tasteful chalet-style decor and high-quality materials:

• **Ground Floor:** spacious and cozy living room with a wood-burning stove (firewood provided), open kitchen, and access to the balcony/terrace overlooking the Cambre dáze; bedroom with a 160 cm bed; bathroom with a shower and double sink; and a separate toilet.

• **First floor:** 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds, a workspace, and a terrace with lounge chairs.

• **Garden level:** spacious garage for skis, bicycles, and gear; bathroom with shower and toilet; laundry room with washer, dryer, and freezer; ski storage area; and a boot-drying system.

🌿 **OUTDOORS**

The chalet features a south-facing garden and terrace with magnificent views of the mountains. There is also a swing set for children.

**Vehicles:** Parking is easy right in front of the chalet. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available, if needed.

🛋️ **COMFORT AND AMENITIES**

Wi-Fi, fiber-optic internet, TV in the living room and in the ground-floor bedroom, soundbar, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue set, barbecue, grill pan, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

Duvets and pillows are provided.

Bedding and bath linens (sheets, duvet covers, towels, etc.) are not included. These items can be rented through the Conciergerie des Cimes in Bolquère.

🧹 **End-of-stay cleaning included.**

🎿 **IN WINTER**

Skiing and snow activities in Pyrénées 2000 – Font-Romeu, easily accessible thanks to the free shuttle service located near the chalet (100 m away).

After skiing, you can also enjoy the thermal baths in Saint-Thomas-les-Bains, Llo, and the surrounding area.

🥾 **IN SUMMER**

Hiking, mountain biking, cycling, rock climbing, walks, exploring the villages and landscapes of the Catalan Pyrenees… The chalet is an excellent starting point for enjoying the mountains in a different way.

📅 **RENTAL TERMS**

**From the Christmas break through the February break, both inclusive:** weekly rentals. **€2,200 / week.**

**The rest of the year:**

* Nightly rental: **270 € / night**, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
* Weekly rental: **1,700 € / week.**

Check-in from 4:00 PM – check-out by 10:00 AM.

La Conciergerie des Cimes de Bolquère handles key pickup and will provide you with all the necessary information before your stay.

Self-check-in and self-check-out are available for short stays (please check directly with the owner).
