Located right on the beach promenade, just about 50 meters from the fine-sand beach, and in the immediate vicinity of the coastal protection forest, the Deutsches Haus beach villa features a total of 8 very comfortable 1- to 3-room vacation apartments. Each unit features a balcony or terrace with access to the garden. Some offer ocean views; others have a wood-burning stove. Living areas range from approximately 40 square meters to 91 square meters. Built in the style of seaside resort architecture, the Strandvilla is virtually perfect for a relaxing vacation and also offers our guests traveling with dogs high-quality, well-equipped apartments. An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car right next to the building. Laundry packages including bed linens and towels can be booked upon request for a fee. You’ll be staying within walking distance of the center of Boltenhagen.

This dream vacation apartment, located on the 2nd floor (attic level), features two balconies and a partial ocean view. The duplex apartment offers a spacious living area of approximately 83 square meters, accommodating up to 4 guests. The lower level features a living-dining area with upscale furnishings, including two comfortable sofas, a dining table, a TV, and a radio. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: a ceramic-top stove, oven, range hood, microwave, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and more are provided. From the living room, you can access one of the seasonally furnished balconies facing northeast. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet on the lower level.
A staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, which has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a balcony facing the Baltic Sea. The other bedroom is furnished with a double bed and dressers.
A second bathroom with a tub, shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet is also located on this upper level. A washing machine is available for use at no additional cost.
You can park your car for free in the apartment’s private outdoor parking space. Dogs are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
