The GK/01 "Rosengarten" vacation rental at Friedrich-Engels-Str. 18 offers an ideal, cozy atmosphere for a couple’s stay in a central yet quiet location. This two-room apartment with a west-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing and is just 200 meters from the beach and the pier.

You’ll find a living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchen integrated into the living area, and a tiled bathroom with a shower.

Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy movies and TV shows on a flat-screen TV.

The open-concept kitchen is practically equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes—ideal for self-catering. The entire apartment has carpeted floors.

The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Of course, there is a closet (in the living area) to store your vacation wardrobe. You can darken the windows with curtains. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

A parking space on the property next to the house is included with the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the covered shelter. If you’re arriving with multiple vehicles, please park the second car in the public (paid) parking lot.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without bedding).

The apartments are within walking distance (5 minutes on foot) of the beach and the town center.

You’re welcome to use the patio furniture and lounge chairs in the garden. There are terraces in front of both ground-floor apartments.
