With a living area of 58 square meters, this very comfortably furnished apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In the living/dining area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed, providing two additional sleeping spots. You can relax wonderfully in the armchair with a footrest, as well as in the cozy recliner, which also features a footrest. For entertainment, a TV, DVD player, and digital radio are available, and Wi-Fi is free of charge. A dining table with seating for four is also provided in the living area. If you’d like to prepare your own meals, you’ll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and more. You’ll enjoy comfortable nights in the bedroom, which features a double bed and a wardrobe. The apartment includes a modernized bathroom with a shower, sink, hair dryer, toilet, and a washing machine available for free use. An ironing board and iron are also provided. A crib and a high chair are available for small children. You can even use two bicycles free of charge, at your own risk. You can park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily reach the apartment floors via the elevator from there. No smoking.
