Waterkant 20 Apartment

Vacation Apartment No. 20 in the Waterkant complex is a two-room apartment that accommodates up to 3 people and a maximum of 2 pets.

Your two-room vacation apartment is located on the second floor of the Waterkant complex and offers approximately 62 m² of living space, including a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

The south-facing orientation and numerous windows ensure pleasant natural light in all rooms. Your living and dining area is equipped with a comfortable couch (which serves as a third sleeping option) and a flat-screen TV with a soundbar. This room also features a large dining table, perfect for breakfast together or game nights. From the living room, you can step out onto the partially covered balcony. Ample seating and a beach umbrella are, of course, provided.

Your bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the large closet. The floors are covered with vinyl. The windows in the bedroom and the patio door are equipped with insect screens.

The modern, separate kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a built-in freezer.
The bathroom is spacious and offers plenty of storage space in addition to the bathtub with an integrated shower. The floor is tiled.

An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided. You can also use the washer with a built-in dryer.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).


Resort:

At the Waterkant vacation resort, you’ll spend your vacation right in the heart of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 meters away.

Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground parking garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 meters).

The Waterkant resort offers a total of 29 vacation apartments for two to four people, spread across three houses situated one behind the other.
Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities of the vacation apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation at the Waterkant complex.

The entrances to Buildings An and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access House C from the side of the building.

Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped; some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the vacation apartments, they may feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
