Access to private ecological lake (no gas powered boats) with dock located approximately 2 km away, with kayaks available for use during the summer.

We are located under 10 minutes to Eastman which has a grocery store (and SAQ - liquor store), Bistro Pub McMurray (for an excellent burger), La Station Eastman Cafe & Biere (for excellent coffee, pizza, beer garden), Restaurant - Le Cote (for fine dining experience), and Patisserie Chez Dorville (for amazing croissants). Spa Eastman is open year round for a relaxing and tranquil experiences and access to their grounds. Activities in Eastman include direct access to the Montagnarde section of Route Verte's cycling, pedestrian, and cross country ski/fatbike/snow shoe trail. The Eastman park features an outdoor ice rink in the wintertime too! Spa Eastman is open year round for a relaxing day as well.

Mont Orford, 15 - 20 minutes from the house, for downhill skiing and hiking, or continue another 5 minutes to National Park Orford for cross country skiing, fat biking, snow shoeing, walking, hiking.

Only 20 - 25 minutes to Magog with a robust downtown main street (rue Principale) filled with restaurants and boutiques for shopping, and an amazing park with a new pump track, skateboarding/bike area, playground, beach, and their coveted ice path along Lake Memphremagog. In the wintertime, bring your ice skates or if you need, rent them at the rental shop on rue Principale (next to large parking area).
