âThis is a millionaires holiday house turned into a hotel, and they have done it well. From the street it doesn't look much but once inside it's glorious. If a quiet time to relax is what you are after, this is it. The food from the restaurant was great and very Indonesian. The staff were suberb and very helpful. "Amazing experience on all levels. Clean rooms, good food, and the service and all the people working at Komaneka was outstanding the best! We did our first trip away from Europe (coming from Sweden) with our 8 months year old son and not only we enjoying our vacation - he have as well! The personell have taken care of him every second needed, playing music and dancing. We are super grateful for our week at Komaneka Tanggayuda and would recommend everyone going here.
I would also like to add that we are used travellers, used to good hotels, but this really beat all our expectations before going here.

"At first glance the place looked great and met our expectations. However after checking in and seeing our rooms and the different facilities we were a bit disappointed.
The reception staff we talked to initially was very nonchalant and we did not feel welcomed. The rooms are worn by age and it is obvious the place has seen better days. If you want a cozy, relaxing jungle visit I suggest a more modern resort. If you want more action I suggest booking something closer to Ubud as the daily shuttle service is always delayed by traffic."
