It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 mÂČ (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1500 mÂČ. The house is ideally located in Bonifacio, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 10 minutes by transport from the beach and 15 minutes by foot from the port. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Golf de Sperone is an 80 hectare golf course (18 holes) located 15 minutes away by car
- Sights: Genoese towers, Bonifcacio, Sartene, Porto Vecchio...

- Cultural visits: visits to prehistoric sites, the marine park reserve of the Bouches de Bonifacio, the Romanesque chapels....

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking outside the house, which can accommodate up to 3 cars (4/4, station wagon etc).

- Bus: a bus connects Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio, Ajaccio and Bastia.
- Boat departures to Sardinia.
