With a prime location between our white sandy beaches, endless dining, shopping and entertainment options you'll find the highly regarded neighborhood of The Brooks in Estero. Within The Brooks is Autumn Lake at Spring Run - a gated golf course community you're sure to love as your home base for your time in southwest Florida.

Participation in golf and use of the amenity center at Spring Run is available through a transferred membership for an additional fee. (Please inquire, if you are interested.) Should you choose to transfer the golf and social membership you will have access to the pay-as-you play golf course - with the 8th tee box located right behind your condo! The par-72 hole course was designed by Gordon Lewis and certified by the Audubon Sanctuary.

The transferred membership also includes access to the clubhouse, heated pool & spa, fitness room, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, and bocce ball. The clubhouse features indoor and outdoor dining and an active social schedule during season.

If you choose not to purchase the golf & social membership, you are still welcome to use the dedicated Autumn Lake community pool and sundeck, which is just steps from the condo!

**Bookings made for a check-in date within 20 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 15-20 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 20 days out from booking - we will send additional info once your booking is received **

This 1st floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with almost 1,300 square feet sleeps up to 4 guests. In it you will enjoy:

Pass-through kitchen with full size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, many small electrical appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker and air fryer

Split floor plan with master suite and guest bedroom at opposite ends of the home offering privacy for guests

Master suite with king bed, ceiling fan, TV with cable and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower

Guest bedroom with queen bed, TV with cable and ceiling fan

Guest bathroom with combination bathtub/shower

Bed linens, bath, kitchen and pool towels included

In-unit washer, dryer, pack n' play and highchair for your complimentary use

Free, unlimited Wifi

Electronic, keyless entry allows for contactless self-check in and no keys to keep track of during your stay

Parking for up to 1 car in the driveway, the garage is reserved for owner's use

The Autumn Lakes condo community heated pool and sundeck is located just one building away from the condo

The optional Spring Run golf & amenity center is just around the corner from the condo community

The Brooks in Estero is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately outside the community you will find the Coconut Point shopping center with abundant stores and dining options. Less than 5 miles away is the Miromar Outlets shopping center and the Hertz Arena home to the Florida Everblades and the areas premiere concert and entertainment venue.

Just a short distance from Stoneybrook is Florida Gulf Coast University, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands; to the south is the luxurious town of Naples.

Within a half hour or less from the Condo you will find all the watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable.

Day trips to Miami, the Florida everglades or even the ferry to Key West are must-do's during your stay, as well!

This property is approximately 13 miles from RSW International Airport, 7 miles from Florida Gulf Coast University, and 12 miles from Bonita Beach Park.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo, front entryway, and lanai.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

Great vacation

The only negative thing I have to say is that the kitchen didn’t have a bottle opener. But that.s ok we always carry a spare. lol. It was the perfect vacation.
