Sink your toes into the sugary white sand. Feel the warm sun and gentle ocean breeze. Beautiful Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Vanderbilt Beach and Lovers Key Beach are just minutes away from this quiet condo in the exclusive gated community of The Preserve at Woods Edge. This Bonita Springs condo is perfectly located just North of Naples and South of Ft. Myers Beach. The condo is 3 miles to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, which have been voted as the best beaches in Florida. Restaurants of all types, shopping of any scale and entertainment attractions are all available within a short distance. This location provides easy access to any venue, while providing a quiet surrounding and vacation experience.
Located west of Tamiami Trail (US41) and close to Vanderbilt Beach Road, Bonita Beach road and I-75, The Preserve at Woods Edge is in a FANTASTIC LOCATION! It is approx. 7 minutes to the beach, close to wonderful restaurants, shopping on Fifth Avenue in Naples, Coconut Point Mall, The Waterside Shoppes, Miromar Outlets, Gulf Shores Mall and more. There are dozens of golf courses nearby and endless attractions. Take a sunset cruise, take part in one of the many nature tours nearby, indulge in the Spa at the Ritz Carlton, take a trolley tour of Naples, enjoy the Galleries downtown or just relax with a good book by the heated pool, just steps away!
Serene nature views of a wildlife preserve and palm trees swaying in the breeze abound from this first floor condo in this quiet gated community. Enjoy the screened Lanai off of the living room. The spacious living room and dining room are bright, clean and comfortable. The updated Master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new plush mattress as well as a brand new flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with brand new hybrid mattresses and a brand new flat screen TV. The couch folds out to a queen size bed.
This quiet retreat has a washer and dryer, high speed WIFI Internet, flat screen TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms with digital cable. A gas grill is available near the pool. This unit is on the first floor and handicapped assessable. Come and enjoy our little piece of paradise near the beach!

What a wonderful place to stay for our family! Perfect location to beaches and some great restaurants. The condo was clean with anything you could think of, was there! The pool was nice little treat, very close to condo. I highly recommend this place, the host was so helpful to us!!
