While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!
Bonita Beach & Tennis continues to rebuild while re-opening in a limited capacity since hurricane Ian. The condo complex is a "construction zone." This will include but not limited to ongoing construction around the 5 condo towers, and common areas of the property. The tennis courts are currently closed.
This bright and cheerful Bonita Beach & Tennis studio condominium, located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach, will provide a perfect home-base for vacationers who love the sun, sand and beach! It's located on the 3rd floor in the middle condo tower (Building 3) with a partial view of the Gulf.
The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area .
The living area includes comfortable seating, including a queen sofa sleeper and manual recliner - perfect for relaxation; community provided cable is on the TV. The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the sun-filled, screen enclosed balcony.
You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for your arrival, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a walk-in closet to store your belongings.
The full bathroom comes with an oversized walk-in shower; bath and beach towels are included during your stay.
The kitchen has an 2-burner cooktop, counter-top toaster over, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher; basic cookware and dinnerware are provided.
A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.
Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is in building 3.
While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.
