🔑 Guest Access

Enjoy convenient self check-in with a Smart Lock. Your personal entry code will be provided 3 days before check-in.

Guests have access to:

• The condo
• Shared pool areas
• Community common areas
• Free on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles
• Elevators

Pay-per-use laundry facilities are available in Buildings 1, 3, and 5. Please note that this unit is located in Building 4.

There are 2 elevators serving the building, with access from the first floor.

🚗 Parking Information

Free on-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

A parking pass is required and is provided at no charge by the Manager's Office in Building 3, ground floor.

Office hours are Monday–Saturday.

If you arrive after office hours, please place the following information visibly on your dashboard until you can obtain your official parking pass:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Unit number

RV and trailer parking are not permitted.

📋 Important House Rules

• No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, including e-cigarettes, cigars, and pipes.
• No pets: Pets are not permitted. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation submitted prior to arrival.
• No parties or events.
• Minimum rental age: 24 years old.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights.

🏗️ Community Notice

This is a shared residential community, and renovations or improvements may occasionally take place in common areas and atriums during normal business hours.

Construction activity may sometimes be visible or audible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues to make improvements.
