Fantastisk utsikt över golfbanan och sjön i denna härliga tredje våningen lägenhet med hiss. Trevligt inredd enhet med en kung i sovrummet och två enkelsängar i gästrummet. Tre TV-apparater, tre DVD-skivor, CD / radio, trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, fyra cyklar. Wild Pines erbjuder pool, bubbelpool, tennisbanor och gasgrillar för din användning. Bonita Bay erbjuder gratis kanotuthyrning, fiskebryggor, fjärilträdgårdar, mil med cykel- eller vandringsleder, basket, tennis och bocce ballbanor, tre picknickområden och lekplatser och strandpromenad till backbåtarna. Koppla av på stranden vid vår privata gated strandpark där vi har stolar och parasoller, picknickbord, kolgrillar och toaletter.

Our favorite place to stay in Bonita Springs
This was our second stay in this condo and we’re already talking about planning another return visit. The condo is very clean and well equipped for four people. We enjoyed watching the turtles in the lake from our lanai. The building is very quiet and it’s a great place to just relax. The wifi is strong, there are TVs in 3 locations and everyone was happy. All the positives I mentioned in last year’s review still stands! I do wish there were a couple extra beach towels. That’s about the only thing I would change about this unit. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Needed a place to stay.
My brother became ill and I needed a place to stay. What a relief to find this home! Spotless clean, great communication with Host. Great location, every morning I would drink my coffee and enjoy the birds and the pond. Wonderful place!

Highly recommend this condo!
Our family of four (kids are 18 & 21) spent 8 nights in the condo and really enjoyed our stay. This was our 4th stay in Bonita Bay and this condo is the most updated and comfortable we've rented. It looked every bit as good in real life as it does in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for the week. We are past the age of needing beach toys, but there were several boogie boards and a bag of sand toys in the closet. There is also a large rolling cooler that we used when we rented a boat for a day. Would highly recommend this condo.

Great condo in Bonita Bay
Clean condo updated throughout. Nice 2BR layout w/ everything you need for a great vacation (down to beach towels and a cooler.) Big deck/balcony with view of lake and golf course. We'd definitely rent again.

Great Condo but no advance notice of pool and beach club closures.
We stayed in 303D Wild Pines years ago and were glad to be back! Great unit, updated beautifully, well equipped, wrap around lanai, great view. A few cautions if you are going in the summer, which is low season. There may be major construction to the amenities at Bonita Bay. Some of the BIG reasons for staying in BB are access to their beach club (parking, chairs, umbrellas, restrooms, ice water) and also the pool within each neighborhood. Upon arrival, we were informed in our packet that our pool was closed for the week due to construction. They made arrangements for us to use another neighborhood's pool, which was close by. The first day when we were headed to the beach club, I happened to call over there first when I was informed that the beach club was CLOSED for several days due to paving. This is where my issue with the rental manager Pat Lindsey come into play. We spoke with other Wild Pines renters, who had been informed AHEAD OF THEIR STAY of the pool and beach club closure and they had been advised about alternatives. I would have liked to know ahead of time so we could have been better prepared with beach umbrellas (one of us has skin cancer) and planned which public beach we would go to. At the public beaches, you must get there early, pay to park and bring your own chairs and umbrellas. Again, one of the reasons we stay in BB is for the beach club. Not only the amenities but the SAFETY aspect of it: my parents are in their 80s and the beach club is a safer option for their mobility than the public beach. Upon our return home, I contacted Pat Lindsey and asked her for a credit for 2 nights stay due to not being informed of these closures ahead of time. She said no and responded that "it is not a condo issue but an association issue". I think a small credit on our stay would have been appropriate for our trouble. When you rent at BB, you are renting the use of the association's pools and beach club in addition to your lodging. Pat claimed she had no knowledge of the beach club closure, yet other Wild Pines renters were informed of these closures ahead of time by their owner/manager. It is her job to know and advise renters. Advance communication from the manager would have been much appreciated to avoid our disappointment and allow for advance planning. Also, there was also a VERY strange odor on the lanai that wafted up from the ground level. We think it was pond algae or fertilizer runoff.... caution to people with breathing issues.
