  • Wake up each morning to panoramic views of Lobster Cove at this oceanfront property in Boothbay Harbor, where you'll be just a few steps from Barrett Park and a short stroll from the footbridge leading into downtown.

    This waterfront property comprises a two-bedroom main house and a separate, one-bedroom apartment on the second floor- an ideal set-up for several couples or an extended family exploring Midcoast Maine together. Both the main house and the apartment have front decks overlooking the water, providing you with two lovely spots for breakfasts, afternoon card games, and dinners of lobster rolls from Boothbay Lobster Wharf down the street.

    Your visit begins in the main house, where you'll find a light-filled living room with a streaming-capable TV, a well-equipped kitchen, dining tables both inside and outside on the deck, and a private washer/dryer. The adjacent apartment is similarly sunny, offering a separate entrance, a living room with a TV, an open kitchen, an indoor dining table, and an outdoor picnic table. You'll also have a gas grill for summer barbecues, free high-speed WiFi, and a propane firepit at the water's edge.

Bailey Island Family Reunion

Absolutely beautiful property and location. Evening fire pit time was so peaceful and just captures the essence of Maine.

Boothbay Weekend

Great location. Enjoyed the park and the neighborhood! Wonderful views! Would be great if there was a large pot to cook lobsters (everything else there for lobster feast). Also a large frying pan or griddle for pancakes & bacon would be a great addition! I found touch points doors & doorknob areas dirty also many cob webs in corners. Wish we had some all purpose cleaner to address that. We also had to clean the coffee pot which was quite dirty likely only rinsed not scrubbed clean. There is a railing that is wiggly opposite the front door.

Good

Location was great, beautiful views! Units were clean and up to date. Neighborhood quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Could have used more towels. ISSUES/ could not get into the house or apartment. Codes did not work. Spent a couple of hours waiting to get inside. Tina was lovely and helped but then had to come from an hour away to get us into the apartment. No,power in the living room of the apartment and no hot water. I believe we should receive some credit for those inconveniences.
