Ta med din båt och håll den på en av de två förtöjningarna. Du kan till och med gå till stan eller East Boothbay General Store genom att komma till Indian Trail som ligger bakom hotellet.

    En liten information om området - På huvudet av Linekin Bay sitter den lilla byn Bayville. Grundades 1911, är det mest sommargemenskapen ett steg tillbaka i tiden med sitt eget postkontor, gemenskapsbrygga, tidvattenstrand och tennisbana. Området ligger både i skogen och på havet, vilket ger en rustik, elegant atmosfär.

    Port Cabin är en systerskab till styrbord och de två stugorna kan hyras tillsammans för stora grupper.

Pool Heaven

A beautiful location in a very friendly neighborhood is the setting for a great week. We loved the pool and the house was perfect for our seven members.

Excellent coastal house with a pool!

The house and grounds were beautiful. The bunk rooms are very small and really suited for children. The home is very well outfitted with kitchen items, etc. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location!

We could not be more enamored with the deep water dock and pool! Our kids enjoyed them both every day. The house was clean and spacious, and the owners very friendly. We had lots of questions for Wendy, all of which she promptly answered, and the flowers and gift upon arrival made us feel instantly welcome. Linekin Bay is much quieter than Boothbay — perfect for morning cups of coffee or stargazing on the dock. We hope to come back next year!

The way life should be

Great place for a family vacation. Quiet, but close to conveniences and the harbor. The cottage has everything necessary and is super cozy and inviting.

Loved our stay!

As advertised, well-crafted, and well-maintained property. Beautiful private pool. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Communication with the agent was solid. We had 8 adults in our group, while the property is truly meant to sleep 4 adults and 4 children/teens. We understood that going in and that didn't deter us from enjoying this lovely vacation getaway.

A wonderful week in Bayville

We absolutely loved Port Cabin! We felt welcomed at check in where we were handed a beautiful gift from the owner and noticed the RI flag flying from the flagpole! The location is perfect, a short drive to town and the grocery store. The waterfront setting is gorgeous and we enjoyed morning workouts on the dock and taking out our kayaks and paddleboards. The kids loved fishing from the dock and dips in the pool after hiking and beach time! The owner was wonderful, and very responsive to any requests. We are already hoping to return next summer!

Great Vacation

We very much enjoyed our week at Port Cabin. The house was very clean and completely as advertised. The kitchen was pretty and well outfitted with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and made up with crisp white linens. The bunk rooms were small but very cozy and cute. The shared bath between the two very nice upstairs bedrooms did require some coordination but it all worked out fine. The pool was lovely and the view was wonderful. We rented kayaks and a stand up paddle board and really enjoyed exploring right from the property's dock. We liked the location - easy to get into Boothbay Harbor but removed from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed a day trip to Monhegan Island and highly recommend it. East Boothbay General Store is great for sandwiches and breakfast treats. And so is the Bakery right out from Bayville on Ocean Point Road.

Gorgeous view and very nice property

Gorgeous view of the bay, lovely pool, very nice house. Be aware the two queen bedrooms each have a second door into a bathroom that doesn’t lock so you have to have good communication to avoid embarrassment. 😂 It is a nice and well equipped kitchen. Could use a replacement of the grill and some more dinner plates. We had a miscommunication a few days before because we were traveling with our dogs which had been approved previously but they have renovated and the house is no longer pet friendly. We were allowed to squeak by since it was previously approved and we covered all the furniture, but it seems that the place will not be dog-friendly in the future so be aware if you see it listed as dog-friendly. The rental agents were very nice and friendly and left us a little gift which was a nice touch.
