“Rent. Bra sängar. Fick en räkning på frukosten, inte en fråga utan en nota direkt. Frukost hade vi inkluderat men receptionen hade missat det. De ordnade det, men inte kul att få en nota. Hissarna dåliga. Kaffet såg ut som smaksatt vatten alla dagar. Dålig frukost överlag. ”

Man bör säga till om städning eller som medlem i Marriot begära detta vid inloggning och bekräftelse. I övrigt mycket bra personal som alltid är trevliga, har bott här många gånger och återkommer. Om något skall sägas så är det att om många bor på hotellet så måste man vara tidigt ute på frukost för att få en bra upplevelse.”

“The property is located in a nice quiet area not far off I 93. The room was a nice size and comfortable with a small full kitchen which we didn't use except for the refrigerator. The breakfast was adequate and the exercise room was well maintained and clean. ”

“The hotel looked nice, but when we got there every amenity was closed from the pool, spa, and resteraunt. Our spa appointments were canceled days away from our stay due to the masseuse leaving for the weekend. Our room was stated to have a hot tub, but it was just a bathtub with jets, and there was hair in the tub and stains on the curtain. Debris also came out when we turned on the tub faucet. The sink would also not stop dripping. Additionally, there were hornets in the room and the AC did...

“This is a great little gem of a hotel in Salem, nothing fancy, but is exceptionally clean, with friendly staff, quiet surroundings, and access to lots of amenities. I stay here periodically when I am in town for work, and I always feel really happy that I did.”
