Nice place, bad service
Took over an hour to check in, first they asked me to wait 15 minutes and 45 minutes later they seemed to have forgotten about me and also I didn't get any welcome drink as all the others did. I then had to again wait another 20 minutes to get the room. Room itself was big and nice with a beautiful view over the mountain / trees. I tried pasta pesto and pizza and the pizza was quite horrible with a 2 cm layer of cheese. Pasta pesto was ok but quite small and tasteless so I ended up going to town to eat there. Breakfast was cold and almost completely run out if arriving after 9. Pool was nice. Free pool towels. The shuttle didn't go to center as advertised but they changed it to go to a nearby place just a few days before my stay so I had to pay every time to get to station 2 which was quite a disappointment (I also waited there when I was to check in but after an hour I had to take a tuktuk just to find out on spot that they changed it. Bad communication!) The checkout also took very long time and the staff was completely unorganized and running around leaving passports, money, papers everywhere explaining the chaos and slow progress. Also the free shuttle to Puka Beach didn't show up in 2.5 hours (!!!) instead of every 30 minutes. Overall nice room, nice pool, nice view, good if you don't mind being isolated or pay every time to get to town but the service and food ruins the whole thing.
