I think the thing I liked most how it was the staff that made it relaxing to stay. I always felt welcomed and was remembered by staff. I know a holiday weekend is stressful but I was very thankful for that and how clean it was.

Water was not hot in the shower, went to get coffee at 9:40, there was none and no sugar packets etc.., went back at 10 still no coffee ask for sugar , the girl at the desk tried to help when she got to the back the lady was on her phone…,No wonder why no coffee. The room was clean but the carpets had horrible stains.

Christmas 2023
We visited the area for Christmas, one of many stays we have booked there. Check in was very quick and easy and the breakfasts were good. We have had unpleasant experiences there.

Hotel and desk staff were very nice, breakfast was the usual, clean place. There was a party in the conference room that was pretty loud, but it was handled expeditiously and the noise stopped around 9:00pm
