Lovely room beautifully decorated and comfortable. Wonderful view over the fjord and mountains. Comfortable armchair to relax in. Nice kitchenette to make toast for breakfast. Only issue was that neighbours in both adjoining rooms were a bit noisy but that happens anywhere. Nice and warm given cold conditions outside. The caramel muffin in the cafe was yummy too.

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig. Nebenan ist ein nettes Café,wo auch die Anmeldung erfolgt. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Apartment . Einzig die Isolierung der Fenster ist etwas schwierig, Wasser sammelt sich. Lage ist top, wenige Schritte zum Wasser (über eine Treppe).

This cute apartment suite was quiet, safe, and had an excellent view. The owner was very helpful and sweet, and help us accommodate a late checkin as we had to travel later than expected. Equipped with everything we needed, except we weren't aware laundry was a charged service rather than free or having a built-in washer/dryer.

Had a lovely stay. The room offered everything we needed was pleasantly decorated and very clean. Easy parking at the back of the property and friendly staff.

Peaceful, eine Oase der Ruhe
Ein wirklich kleines Paradies! Super schöne kleine Wohnung mit Küche und allem was man braucht… Geschirr, Gewürze, Tee etc. Ausserdem ist es super ruhig und einfach wunderschön um sich zu erholen.

Really quiet and peaceful
Place was spacious and clean. Staff was polite and as per description it’s really peaceful and quiet. Only “bad” thing is that we had to use google maps on the actual address as the apartment doesn’t have a listing on google (very small issue)

Adorable apartment in a great location of Borganes. Great views. The only downside was the hot water smelled like eggs very bad which is not something we experienced at other hotels.

The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It was only a few steps from a walking path along the water. The staff was very friendly. We would have benefited from some instructions for using the electric stove and the coffee pot. Soap in the shower would have been helpful. Food options were limited in the area during early May.

Très belle chambre que je recommande
Magnifique chambre d’hôte. Très cocooning avec une belle vue. C’est la meilleure chambre d’hôte que j’ai fait durant mon séjour en Islande. Le café à côté, appartenant à la propriétaire, est très sympa et atypique et leur carrot cake est délicieux.

This apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Right on the water with excellent views of the surrounding landscape, ocean and town, it is also steps away from several excellent restaurants, the Settlement Center, and a beautiful path along the water. The host was very friendly, helpful. Well equipped kitchen, too, with coffee tea included. Highly recommended.

Super sympathisches, einladendes und tadellos sauberes 1-Zimmer-Apartement, was alles beinhaltet für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist top gelegen und lädt ein, einen Spaziergang am Meer zu machen oder dem tollen „Kaffi Kyrrd“ gleich um die Ecke einen Besuch abzustatten. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr.

Easy choice in Borgarnes
The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable, and the blackout blinds were effective. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The view is quite stunning from the apartment. Checkin was easy.

A warm and friendly property attached to a great coffee shop and very friendly staff. The decor is rich and colourful and our reception was heart-warming. A good restaurant is right next door, as is the sea walk.

We received a very pleasant welcome in the Cafe below the apartment when we picked up our key. The cafe and shop was filled with heaps of interesting things in an eclectic manner and the apple pie we had with tea/coffee was scrumptious. The apartment was basic but had a beautiful view through a picture window.

The heat is too warm but I don’t know how to adjust the temperature. some people has opened the window in the room, which I didn’t know until I checked out.

Cosy little apartment with great view of mountains
We stayed in a lovely, cosy apartment with a great view. Only a few hours from the airport. The kitchen was basic, but included a job for cooking. Just what we needed
