Apartment in a historic building 80 mtr from the beach. Wifi and Airco.

The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a historic ligurian house in the old center of Borghetto Santo Spirito , 80 meters from the beach . It has 2 large bedrooms each with a private bathroom and airco, cozy living room , kitchen and a lovely roof terrace where you can eat and sunbathe . The apartment has a garage for storing bicycles, surfboards and beach equipments. There is a large free parking lot not far from the house. Shops, restaurants and the bus stop are around the corner. The train station can be reached on foot.

There is both a free beach with shower and toilet, and a paid beach where you can rent sun loungers and cabins at an affordable price. You will find yourself among the friendly Italian population.

Borghetto is an ancient city with open air theater, live music, beautiful sights, a pleasant boulevard and many culinary activities. There is an outdoor swimming pool nearby in Loano (3 km) and the swimming paradise "Le Caravelle" in Ceriale at 4 km.

We offer full service, included in the price; Gas*, water, electricity, towels , bed and kitchen linen, WiFi and Airco.
*The gas for heating and the tourist tax aren't inclusive.

There is no elevator. There are two flights of stairs. It is not suitable for young children or elderly people. The holiday apartment on the first floor is not rented, we use it for ourselves. Public charging for electric cars 80 meters from the house.
