There is a shower room/WC and a bedroom (one single bed and a sofa bed) opening onto a lovely 15m² south-facing terrace with unobstructed views, including a partial view of the sea, hills, and surrounding residences. Pets are not allowed. Linen rental is available at an additional cost and must be ordered at least one week prior to arrival. Final cleaning is included in the price (except for overnight stays). Public parking is available on the street. A garage or parking space can be rented for an additional fee.
