Large typical house located in the heart of Bormio , recently renovated with a pleasant touch of design, perfect for families and groups looking for comfort and authenticity. The house is spread over two levels and offers spacious and functional environments, ideal for fully enjoying the mountains in every season.
The entrance is located on the mezzanine floor, where there is a bright living area with a relaxation area consisting of sofas and armchairs in front of the TV, perfect for moments of conviviality after a day outdoors. The kitchen, large and fully equipped, has a dining table and all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee machine and kettle, as well as everything you need to cook independently.
Also on this floor there are two bedrooms: a double with a walk-in closet and a second bedroom with a queen size bed, wardrobe and an additional single pull-down bed placed above the main bed. There are also two full bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, easily accessible from the corridor, as well as a convenient closet with washer-dryer.
Going down the stairs you access the lower floor (semi-basement), where there is a third double bedroom with walk-in closet and an additional full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including bed linen and towels. Guests also have a dedicated space for skis and equipment, with an area for drying boots, particularly popular during the winter season.
The location is central but quiet, with bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The ski lifts are about 10 to 12 minutes away on foot, making the house an ideal base for ski lovers. Throughout the year, Bormio offers numerous activities including nature, sports and relaxation, thanks also to the presence of the renowned thermal baths and the numerous trails for trekking and excursions.
